Danielle Steel may be a known name amongst romance readers and this book showcases what she writes best: layered relationships. The story follows a straight marriage Eileen and Paul who have a teenage daughter. they need been married 18 years and neither have achieved what they dreamed of achieving by this stage of life. When Eileen finds out Paul has an affair she makes up her mind to finally attend cooking school and learn to be a caterer. The book follows how their lives play out after the invention and after they get an enormous surprise from their daughter later within the book. How they both plan to affect it's interesting to explore.
Steel's books are comforting to read, especially to fans. This book is not any exception, with the familiar writing and therefore the promise of a positive plot, this book are going to be an honest escape for those that need it.
